Chengdu Anyicheng Machinery Co., Ltd guarantee to supply free replacement parts to customers, our warranty policy is 1 year or 2000hours which occur first. During the warranty period, if the spare parts proved to be defective in material or workmanship,the defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at our discretion. The engine (Weichai, Shangchai, Cummins) has global service but the quick-wear part are not warranty.

Usally we ship the defective parts to our customers as following:
1.If the customers have urgently request, we will ship the defective spare parts by express, such DHL, TNT etc. The parts will arrive the destination about 3-5days. The clients need to assume the express charges(Freight collected).

2.For some heavy parts or regular claim for the spare parts, we will put the spare parts in next shipment.

If any parts defective, please feed back to us at first, the engineers of our aftersales service team will check and analyse the cause reasons, our company reserves the right to reasonably determine whether a defective in material or workmanship occured in normal use or if such defective resulted from a factor excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not include defects from normal wear and tear, accidents, shipment, handling, stroage, or environmental conditions.

If customers have do some modification to our products, the warranty will be invalidated.

Warranty parts also not include expandable parts, like filters, bucket tooth, brake disc, electric appliance and wires, lights and fuses, glass, rubber and plastics parts.
